It’s about customer service first….
Being a small business I do not have the ability to make huge corrections or take returns without due consideration and exploring all options. That is why I do the very best I can to personally make sure what I sell, works for what your buying it for. If a return is necessary because of a mistake on my part, I will do my best to make it right which means I will pay return shipping on mistakes I make.
I do my best to provide you with the information necessary to help you make your choices. Sometimes I can take returns on items you decide after the fact you don’t want, but I cannot refund the shipping to you or the return shipping to me. I will also if applicable reduce the refund as a result of any damage or wear (I will be fair) that you may do to the item in trying to fit or use it. I need my customers to work with me on this, it helps me keep my prices down.
There is no return on electronic or electrical items.
